By purchasing any item or package from this store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

This store is used to sell digital in-game items and ranks for our Minecraft server. All purchases help support server costs, development, and maintenance.

2. Digital Goods

All items sold are digital and virtual. You will not receive a physical product. Delivery is typically automatic or completed shortly after purchase.

3. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Server rule violations or bans

• Loss of items due to resets, updates, or gameplay mechanics

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from the server.

4. Server Rules

Purchasing a Supporter Package does not exempt you from server rules.
All players, including supporters, are required to follow the rules at all times.

5. Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove packages, perks, or pricing at any time

• Adjust perks to maintain server balance

• Reset the server if required for technical or gameplay reasons

Purchased perks apply at the time of purchase and may change in the future.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for purchasing items for the correct Minecraft username and platform (Java or Bedrock). We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong account due to incorrect information.
